Craftsmanship
Kinta's glass products are mouth blown and handmade. Making the glass products requires a lot of strength, time and warmth. The production is carried out by a team of skilled craftsmen, who together go through twelve production stages. The elegant design and the wavy pattern are created by using a mold. Real handicraft, which makes the Amnis glass collection unique and the thickness can vary slightly.

1500 °C heat and fifteen hours are needed to lead the glass through all stages of production, from raw materials to final products.
The glass is made in Thailand from lead-free crystal glass. The colored glasses and carafes are made of real glass colours, which means that the glass is blown in different colors (the colors are not sprayed).
Highly experienced glass masters make the handmade glass using exclusive and personal techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Amnis collection
The Amnis glass collection is designed by Kinta and consists of two different sizes tumblers (250 and 300 ml), a wine glass and a carafe (900 ml). Soft lines and a small foot makes the two sizes of tumblers elegant, for serving water in style, together with the matching carafe and wine glass. The wavy design is inspired by the rippled pattern you see in water and sand shaped by the wind. The lead-free crystal glass tumblers and carafe are available in 7 colors: green, smoked grey, bronze, rosy, blue, mint and clear glass. The wineglass is available in green, smoked grey, rosy, mint and clear glass.
Fluens collection
Our new elegant Fluens tumblers has a shape that matches with our Amnis collection. The tumblers without pattern are elegant and refined and are available in clear glass, a pigeon blue and chocolate brown. The solid bottom gives a beautiful colour accent to the tumblers and highlights the soft contour.
How to use
Our glass collection is of course food safe and due to the real glass colours also dishwasher safe. To avoid clouded glass: We recommend handwash or dishwasher top shelf with gentle cycles and low temperature. Use the correct quantities of detergent, dishwasher salt and rinse aid, according to local water hardness. Keep the dishwasher (drain and filters) clean, use dishwasher cleaner regularly. The maximum dishwasher temperature is 40°C. Avoid stacking the glass while it is still warm from washing. Glass expands when heated and this can cause the glasses to stick together and break.
