Franco & flatrates
Shipment
We offer free shipping to most EU countries. Depending on the country this applies to orders from € 300,00 – € 850,00, see table. The shipping costs (flatrate) for orders under the free shipping order amount can be found under Franco & flatrate. Please note that a pallet surcharge applies for bulky (e.g. capiz lamps) and heavy (e.g. stonerazzo and ceramic) orders, that require pallet shipment no matter the order amount.
The shipping cost to other countries (no free shipping and no flatrate), will be charged per box (60x40x40cm) or pallet, please see table.
