ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Ordering
Please note that this is a B2B website. You need to have an account to be able to order.
The list prices (only visible when login) are wholesale prices per piece and exclusive of VAT.
Delivery is per packaging unit (VPE). Minimum order amount is from €250 – 400 (excl. taxes, shipping costs and out of stock). Minimum order value is determined by country, see list below.
Orders with a “below minimum order value”, can be accepted, depending on the situation, additional administration fee (€ 10,=) will be invoiced.
You can only order items on our website that are in stock. In the event, that you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available, we will contact you to find a solution.

Order Confirmation
When you have placed an order at our website kinta.nl, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please note that the order confirmation does not yet include applicable shipping costs.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping to a number of countries. Depending on the country this applies to orders, from € 300,00 – € 850,00, see table below.
The shipping costs (flatrate) for orders under the free shipping order amount can be found in the table below.
Please note that a pallet surcharge applies for bulky (e.g. capiz lamps) and heavy ( e.g. stonerazzo and ceramic) orders, that require pallet shipment no matter the order amount.
When this is applicable we will email for a “go-ahead”, before shipping.
